I cannot recommend this place enough! I found myself having to sell my mums car for her which is a particularly delicate matter as she is undergoing a diagnosis of young onset dementia. We also lost my stepdad last year who looked after everything for mum, so this made finding any paperwork near impossible!
Essentially, I needed to sell mums car in the least stressful and least time consuming way possible! Now two garages had already messed me around and made me feel incredibly deflated.
I came across East Midlands Motors, and Jen completely turned this around! She gave me a quote over the phone and within an hour I had signed the car over to her and most importantly, at the price she originally quoted me! Jen was so sensitive to my situation and incredibly respectful. She made it so easy and I felt so much better afterwards.

Straightforward people. Sold us a vw polo fd59 reg. Was clean runs well and could tell the oil had been changed which is nice. Only issue is the backlight for the radio doesn't work so can't tell which station or volume at night time which we weren't aware of when buying. Sales team friendly and professional.

Welcoming, warm and friendly from first contact on the phone, and on arrival at the saleroom. Car was immaculate and we were left to view it at our leisure.
